[Remote] CSR - Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding customer experiences and help clients with billing and account issues while promoting a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty
- Help our clients identify the right solutions to customer billing, technical, and/or account issues
- Problem solve and reputed company professional judgement on whether customers qualify for the in-store services that the firm’s clients offer
- Participate in the company's reputed company media campaigns
