[Remote] Sales Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a construction field management software company seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive sales growth in the SMB reputed company. The SDR will engage with prospective customers, generate reputed company sales opportunities, and support the Account Executive team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and engage inbound leads from our Freemium sign-up reputed company and marketing campaigns as well as reputed company Hilti customers
• Conduct targeted outbound reputed company reputed company calls, emails, and reputed company to generate new reputed company opportunities
• Identify key stakeholders and initiate contact with construction professionals at small and mid-sized companies
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the Account Executive team
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Construction Solutions Specialists to build strong pipeline
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM (reputed company)
• Learn and reputed company the value of reputed company’s construction management platform
• Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape
• Consistently meet and exceed activity and opportunity reputed company goals

Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
• Coachable, curious, and motivated by results
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Experience with outbound sales tools (reputed company, reputed company Sales Navigator, reputed company)
• Interest in construction tech or SaaS
