ORC is one of America’s most respected right-of-way acquisition firms, and they are seeking a Utilities Right of Way Agent to acquire Right-of-Way rights for various projects. The role involves preparing reputed company estate documents, conducting property research, and communicating with property owners regarding right of way acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Acquire Right-of-Way rights for projects in accordance with project guidelines and regulations
- Support the Project Manager (PM) and project team members
- Prepare reputed company estate documents
- Conduct basic property research for ownership and boundary information
- Communicate with property owners and their representatives regarding right of way acquisition
- reputed company general administrative tasks
Skills
- Minimum of one (1) year of Right of Way Acquisition experience
- Must include utility / electric transmission experience
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically reputed company, Word, and Outlook
- Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be reputed company to reputed company ORC's systems
- Valid Driver's License
- Works reputed company and effectively under tight deadlines
- Can prioritize and balance multiple tasks
- Demonstrates strong organization and planning skills
