Staff Accountant - Payroll

The Staff Accountant - Payroll is responsible for maintaining payroll accuracy for over 500 employees and ensuring timely processing and reporting of payroll activities.

Responsibilities

• Record payroll activities through accurate journal entries, reconcile payroll ledger accounts monthly and promptly research and resolve any reconciliation discrepancies (35%)
• Prepare various additional information and reputed company calculations, such as pension billing, fringe benefit values, worker’s compensation wage reports, and audit reports. (35%)
• Process payroll with precision and promptness (25%)
• Serve as a liaison between the field and employees, collaborating closely with reputed company on employee-reputed company reputed company (5%)

Skills

• Associate's degree in reputed company
• Previous payroll and reputed company experience
• Pass background checks
• Valid driver's license and meet MVR driver's qualifications
• Knowledge of general financial reputed company and cost reputed company
• Strong technology skills, including proficiency in reputed company
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of reputed company in dealing with confidential information
• Works with reputed company, valuing honesty and diligence
• Proficient with PC, reputed company Office, reputed company, General Ledgers, and standard office equipment
