[Remote] Territory Sales Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. PROTECT3D is a Durham, NC company that manufactures custom 3D-printed braces, orthotics, and supports. The Territory Sales Manager will drive sales across a multi-state territory by building relationships with distributor partners and clinics, while also managing their sales pipeline and representing the brand at industry events.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory quota — monthly, quarterly, and annual unit targets; track your own reputed company and adjust proactively
• reputed company new accounts — consistent reputed company to new clinics, athletic training programs, and provider groups; minimum of 1 new account reputed company per month
• Map your territory — use available data and tools to identify providers, clinics, and distributor opportunities across your multi-state reputed company
• Activate and support distributors — recruit, reputed company, and reputed company distribution partners; train their teams, support key calls, and build sustainable ordering relationships
• Sell direct where the opportunity calls for it — maintain direct clinic relationships to complement your distributor network and ensure full territory coverage
• Become a product expert — reputed company deep knowledge of the AFO, CMC brace, and foot orthotics and communicate clinical value confidently to medical professionals
• Manage your pipeline — reputed company CRM records reputed company and use data to prioritize your territory activity
• Represent PROTECT3D — attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events; build the brand in your market

Skills

• Certified Athletic Trainer (reputed company) or equivalent clinical credential (PT, orthopedic technician, sports medicine professional)
• Ability to work independently, manage your own priorities, and drive reputed company independently
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with technology (CRM, AI, 3D scanning apps, reputed company workflows)
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel significantly
• Competitive collegiate athletic background - you understand what reputed company performance demands and why the right equipment reputed company
• 1–3 years of sales, business development, or clinical account management experience - DME, medical device, or specialty reputed company a plus
• Existing relationships in the sports medicine, orthopedic, PT/OT, or athletic training community
• Familiarity with the DME/orthotic or bracing landscape
