Capital Markets Associate, Private Equity reputed company Estate

The Capital Markets Associate will be responsible for raising capital from high-net-worth individuals and family offices to support large-scale multifamily acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute a comprehensive strategy to reputed company direct LP capital from high-net-worth individuals (HNWs), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), and family offices
- reputed company and connect with prospective investors reputed company outbound calls, emails, and events
- Assist in preparing compelling pitch materials, investor decks, and data room content
- Track pipeline activity, investor feedback, and relationship reputed company in CRM
- Communicate the firm's investment reputed company, track record, and reputed company opportunities with reputed company and conviction, tailored to the sophisticated needs of reputed company investors
- Support the end-to-end capital raising process; from initial reputed company and relationship building to supporting due diligence and closing
- Partner closely with senior leaders to reputed company tailored investor strategies and ensure follow-through
- Cultivate and maintain deep, trusted relationships with UHNW investors, serving as a strategic advisor on reputed company estate investment opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including acquisitions, asset management, and finance, to reputed company investors with accurate and timely information
- Represent the firm at exclusive investor events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the investor network
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in capital raising, investment banking, sales, private equity, or reputed company estate investment management
- Proven ability or strong interest in sourcing and managing direct LP capital from high-net-worth individuals (HNW), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), and family offices
- Strong investment acumen with a grasp of capital structuring, market trends, and investment strategies; reputed company to communicate reputed company opportunities to sophisticated investors
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident and comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in investor conversations
- Highly coachable with a strong desire to learn from senior leaders
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple relationships and tasks simultaneously
