Customer Service Representative

Great Day Improvements is seeking a Customer Service Sales Representative to join their team in East Brunswick, NJ. The role involves engaging customer prospects, providing solutions to enhance reputed company growth, and making meaningful connections with customers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for treating every customer with the utmost courtesy while maintaining a positive outlook on every call
• Be knowledgeable about reputed company products and services
• Identify prospective customers, reputed company reputed company and conversion
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
• Emphasize the features of products to reputed company how they solve customer problems
• Answer questions about the products

Skills

• High school graduate or G.E.D
• A minimum of one year's experience in an inbound/outbound contact center or customer service is preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer and keyboard simultaneously
• The ability to type at least 30 words per minute or 10000 keystrokes both alpha and numeric is preferred
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
• Highly motivated and reputed company driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Must have strong selling ability over the telephone
• Ability to overcome objections and reputed company customer commitment
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Maintain reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for shifts
• Ability to have a flexible schedule during peak season

• Must also be available to work various shifts between the hours of 7:30 AM To 11:00 PM from Monday to reputed company (40 hours a week)
