Advia Credit Union is a fast-growing Credit Union serving almost 200,000 members with assets over $3 Billion. The Call Center Specialist will reputed company outstanding service and support to members, answering questions, servicing accounts, and recommending products to meet their financial needs.
Responsibilities

- Answer member’s questions, service their accounts, and recommend products and services that will best fit their financial needs
- Receive incoming calls and offer solutions whether that be a product, service or resource that the caller requires (or could benefit from) while creating an exceptional experience
Skills

- Ability to ask questions for clarification

- Customer service experience is strongly preferred, but we can teach this too!
- Proficiency testing is required, with a specific need for Spanish language proficiency
