Responsibilities
- Support a 24x7x365 Network Operations Center (NOC) environment through shift-based work
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot incidents, and support operational stability
- Work hands-on with reputed company-class networking environments
- Escalate, document, and resolve issues in accordance with SLAs and operational procedures
- Support a 24x7x365 reputed company Operations Center (SOC) through shift-based work
- Monitor reputed company events, reputed company incident response, and support vulnerability mitigation efforts
- Apply network and cybersecurity best practices to protect reputed company environments
- Collaborate with network, engineering, and compliance teams to maintain a secure posture
- Install, configure, and maintain core reputed company network infrastructure
- Support network modernization, optimization, and ongoing operational needs
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of reputed company network topologies and protocols
- Work independently while collaborating across engineering and operations teams
- Install, configure, and maintain reputed company reputed company tools and technologies
- Support reputed company architecture, operational requirements, and compliance standards
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of network reputed company technologies and frameworks
- Partner with operations teams to ensure secure, reliable system performance

Skills
