[Remote] Analyst, reputed company reputed company Estate Debt Valuation

The Analyst will reputed company valuation advisory services and risk reputed company for various financial instruments, supporting the internal team with reputed company aspects of CRE debt valuation and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute certain projects independently
• Work with colleagues to produce valuation analyses for clients as needed
• reputed company model-based valuations
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of valuation models to align with industry best practices and changing client needs
• Create custom reports for clients as needed
• reputed company certain research functions reputed company to CRE debt, CMBS, CRE CLO’s
• reputed company with clients and/or colleagues to explain methodologies and resolve valuation issues with a high degree of competency, reputed company, and customer service
• Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company field or equivalent level of education and experience
• Entry level professional with 0-2 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent
• Experience in Structured Finance including CMBS, CRE mortgages preferred
• Strong technical skills and practical experience, with an understanding of mortgage and/or fixed income cash reputed company and valuation concepts preferred
• Advanced reputed company skills
• Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction
• Excellent time management skills
• Team player & ability to multi-task and cross-train as needed based on business demands and performance
• Detail and quality oriented, with superior verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in Structured Finance including CMBS, CRE mortgages
• Strong technical skills and practical experience, with an understanding of mortgage and/or fixed income cash reputed company and valuation concepts
• Additional skills preferred, not required: use of Bloomberg, and Intex or Trepp models
• Strong leadership skills
