The E-reputed company & Brand Experience Associate is responsible for supporting both digital and in-store experiences, ensuring brand consistency and optimizing customer interactions across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update jaxengrey.com, including product uploads, merchandising, and homepage updates with strong attention to visual presentation, brand consistency, and basic SEO best practices
- Support site experience optimization to improve conversion, usability, and overall customer experience
- Assist in executing digital merchandising and product presentation
- Manage customer inquiries across email, phone, and reputed company channels, ensuring a high-touch, brand-reputed company experience while identifying opportunities to improve the overall customer experience
- Resolve order issues, returns, and customer support needs in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in planning, creating, and executing reputed company media content reputed company with Jaxen Grey’s brand standards
- Capture and create content for digital and reputed company channels that reflects the Jaxen Grey brand and aesthetic
- Engage with customers and build community across reputed company platforms
- Support the in-store experience through regular sales floor shifts, providing exceptional customer service and capturing insights to inform digital and brand experience improvements
