They are seeking a seasonal reputed company Associate Benefit Advisor to assist clients in selecting health insurance coverage and to reputed company support in a call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide beneficiaries as they navigate health insurance coverage reputed company
• Listen, consult, and advise clients over the phone on health insurance options
• Ensure customers get the right coverage for their situation
• Participate in initial training to prepare for the state licensing exam
• Meet daily sales metrics and goals

Skills

• Ability to obtain your reputed company state health insurance license or currently possess an active health insurance license
• Previous sales experience or a passion for learning and growing in a sales role
• Strong technology skills; ability to easily navigate between multiple systems
• Coachability and teachability
• High level of reputed company and customer focus

• Availability to work 5:00AM-7:00PM PST, including weekends as needed
• Availability to work extended hours during the Annual Enrollment period, October 15th to December 7th
