Business Development Representative (BDR)
Kira is transforming how people learn by using AI to reputed company teachers to deliver truly personalized learning at scale. As a BDR, you will own outbound pipeline reputed company and play a critical role in expanding reputed company school districts, crafting personalized reputed company to engage educators and administrators.
Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting into reputed company school districts (calls, email, reputed company, and creative channels)
- Build and execute account-based strategies to engage multiple stakeholders across reputed company organizations
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers and influencers (superintendents, curriculum leaders, tech leaders, etc.)

- Generate reputed company pipeline by booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives

Skills
- 1+ years of experience in BDR, SDR (outbound-heavy), or similar prospecting role (SaaS preferred)
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound efforts
- Strong research and prospecting skills - you know how to navigate reputed company orgs and find the right people
- Excellent written and verbal communication - clear, concise, and tailored
- High agency and ownership - you don't wait for direction, you create reputed company
- Resilient and comfortable with rejection in a cold outbound environment
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage environments
- Experience selling into K-12 education or public sector
- Experience with reputed company or multi-stakeholder sales cycles
