Representative I Titles

reputed company Financial Services (HDFS) is a subsidiary of reputed company, Inc. that offers financial products and services to motorcycle enthusiasts and dealerships. The Titles Representative I is responsible for ensuring that liens on loans are perfected and released properly, while providing exceptional customer service and handling title-reputed company transactions.

Responsibilities

• Conducts basic analysis to be used in decision-making to ensure that liens on reputed company loans are perfected and released properly
• Interacts reputed company written and verbal correspondence with dealers, customers, reputed company party vendors, and state titling agencies (i.e. DMV, County Clerk etc.)
• Enters reputed company of payoff entry, queues and other tasks with Titles Reps II reputed company 9 business days or receipt
• Assists other Internal stakeholders on reputed company reputed company with title reputed company issues
• Verifies and sorts mail, supporting documentation, validates information from the original funding package, state websites and our vendors
• Handles phone calls to and from business partners and customers to verify and resolve outstanding liens or titles
• Responsible for accurately updating account payoff information
• Uses effective time management and ensures the dealer and rider experiences meet expectations
• If onsite, manages the organization, storage and filling of title documents
• Maintains a reputed company awareness and understanding of appropriate banking laws, title laws and regulations, internal policies and procedures, and to reputed company fully with those laws, regulations, policies and procedures

Skills

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Typically requires less than 1 year of reputed company experience
• Experience with reputed company Office and general computer knowledge
• Ability to handle large volume of accounts and inquiries with efficiency and accuracy
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Organizational skills with an attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to interact effectively with staff of reputed company reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and reputed company results in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Knowledge of titling procedures and state regulations pertaining to titling and registration preferred
• If on site Notary or become a notary reputed company 1-2 years of employment
