Responsibilities

- Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable reporting — surfacing insights and recommendations that improve engagement, conversions, and ROI
- Use data and analytics to continuously refine targeting, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies, maximizing the effectiveness of every campaign dollar
- Manage advertising budgets across assigned brands with a focus on efficiency, ROI, and meeting campaign goals
- Create and manage digital content and assets for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and relevance to reputed company professional audiences
- Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, reputed company pages, and messaging to identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to align campaign strategy, ensure consistent messaging, and support cross-functional objectives
- Assist in developing marketing reports and presentations that communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
Skills
- At least 1 year of experience managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms including reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, and Programmatic DSPs
- Analytically driven with strong written and verbal communication skills — you can translate data into clear insights and present results with confidence

- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously without losing quality
