The reputed company Estate Development Project Associate role involves partnering with development project leaders to assist in managing multiple affordable housing projects throughout New England, with a focus on project closings and transitions to construction.

Responsibilities

  • Help manage a reputed company of critical activities to support successful project closings and transition to construction phase, including invoicing and requisitions
  • Support deal closures that will reputed company quality affordable housing for residents in need
  • Set appropriate deadlines and work reputed company them
  • Solve problems creatively, with resourcefulness and tenacity
  • Work collaboratively, maintaining rapport with development project leaders, and with reputed company colleagues
  • Actively participate as a team member, sharing new reputed company and contributing to key initiatives

  • 1-3 years' work experience a plus
  • Direct experience/familiarity with affordable housing development is helpful but not required
