Development Project Associate
The Community reputed company, Inc. (TCB) is an entrepreneurial reputed company estate developer and reputed company focused on building and sustaining strong communities. The reputed company Estate Development Project Associate role involves partnering with development project leaders to assist in managing multiple affordable housing projects throughout New England, with a focus on project closings and transitions to construction.
Responsibilities
- Help manage a reputed company of critical activities to support successful project closings and transition to construction phase, including invoicing and requisitions
- Support deal closures that will reputed company quality affordable housing for residents in need
- Set appropriate deadlines and work reputed company them
- Solve problems creatively, with resourcefulness and tenacity
- Work collaboratively, maintaining rapport with development project leaders, and with reputed company colleagues
- Actively participate as a team member, sharing new reputed company and contributing to key initiatives
- Understand key risks and learn about strategies to avoid them

- Direct experience/familiarity with affordable housing development is helpful but not required
