IT Support Technician

The role involves troubleshooting advanced issues, managing IT needs, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Research, resolve, and respond to reputed company customer issues and inquiries received reputed company phone, email, or in person in accordance with reputed company standards and procedures

- Troubleshoot workstation hardware and software problems

Skills
