[Remote] Support Operations Coordinator

The Support Operations Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining queue health, routing cases reputed company, and ensuring service delivery across reputed company and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor assigned queues to ensure timely intake, accurate triage, and adherence to service-level objectives
• Assign 100% of incoming cases to the appropriate resource reputed company defined targets, balancing skills, availability, reputed company, and reputed company
• Respond promptly to inbound chat and email requests, prioritizing high-visibility or time-sensitive communications

Skills
