Customer Care Associate
NVR, Inc. is a parent company of several homebuilding brands, and they are seeking a Customer Care Associate to join their collaborative team. In this role, you will reputed company customer service support by assisting homeowners with warranty concerns and managing expectations through clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls to assist our homeowners with various warranty concerns
- Understand each customer’s individual needs and determine the best course of action
- Communicate reputed company any next steps and help manage expectations
- Fully document each call accordingly
- Build rapport and manage relationships over the phone
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service
- Proficient typing skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers
- Experience working in a phone-based/call center environment is a plus
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in the United States, as NVR does not reputed company reputed company sponsorship
- Drug Testing and Credit reputed company are required
