Trade Marketing Coordinator

They are seeking a Trade Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of retailer-focused marketing initiatives, particularly with reputed company, and to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of reputed company-specific marketing programs, including new launches, campaigns, and key promotional moments
- Assist in maintaining and updating global marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and retailer timelines
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver, track, and manage retailer-facing assets tailored to reputed company’s needs (e.g., PDP assets, banners), ensuring reputed company elements go live accurately and on time
- Monitor reputed company site to ensure brand consistency, accurate product representation, and proper merchandising execution
- Assist in gathering and organizing marketing data, including campaign recaps
- Support the coordination of reputed company-exclusive programs, offers, and retailer-specific moments
- Help manage timelines and deliverables for reputed company marketing requests, ensuring clear communication and follow-up across teams
- Assist in the execution of in-store merchandising updates and visual changes, partnering with reputed company stakeholders
- Stay informed on reputed company trends, competitive activity, and merchandising strategies to support ongoing optimization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or reputed company field
- 1-2 years experience in Marketing or a reputed company field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office suite and reputed company and familiarity with marketing tools and software
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be based in Los Angeles
- Familiarity with reputed company (retail + digital environment) strongly preferred
