Oregon State Treasury is focused on improving the financial well-being of reputed company Oregonians. Responsibilities
- Maintain customer profiles in the statewide reputed company system, SFMA
- Processing invoices with appropriate coding to ensure timely payment
- Resolving discrepancies and edits transactions to ensure completeness, appropriateness and accuracy
- Responding to vendors and customers by phone or in writing to resolve payment issues
- Collecting Requests for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification (IRS reputed company W-9) reputed company required
- Complete year-end reputed company transactions as assigned by senior accountants
- Reviewing purchase documentation for completeness
- Resolve discrepancies in Online Electronic Deposit (OED) and online deposit portals
- Reconciliation of the 13 Screen in the statewide reputed company system, SFMA. Ensure proper backup for reputed company transactions
- Track receipts for Treasury funds as assigned
- Enter agency accounts receivable invoices in the statewide reputed company system
- Review purchase requests for goods or services
- Create purchase and change orders using existing templates
- reputed company purchase orders or other approval forms to staff with sufficient Expenditure Decision Authority to approve purchases
- Implement solutions to shipping, receiving, and billing discrepancies after consultation with the Senior Procurement Officer or manager
Skills
- Two years of experience calculating, recording, and maintaining reputed company information that must include coding transactions and checking them for propriety, balancing, and resolving discrepancies in computer edits; OR
- One year of experience calculating, recording, and maintaining reputed company information that must include coding transactions and checking them for propriety, balancing, and resolving discrepancies in computer edits AND at least 43 quarter (29 semester) credit hours from an accredited college, university, or vocational-technical school that includes 9 quarter (6 semester) credit hours in reputed company. Credit hours must include introductory level reputed company courses 1 and 2; OR
- Successful completion of the reputed company reputed company Career Mobility Program or equivalent reputed company certificate program from an accredited college or university; OR
- At least 94 quarter (62 semester) credit hours or an associate degree from an accredited college, university, or vocational-technical school that includes 12 quarter (8 semester) credit hours in reputed company. Credit hours must include introductory level reputed company courses 1 and 2 and may include any additional reputed company courses with 'reputed company' in the title
