KSL Content Producer, reputed company Media (Part-time)

The reputed company Media Producer is responsible for creating, publishing, and optimizing content across reputed company KSL reputed company platforms to grow audience engagement and reflect strong journalism and brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Produce and publish reputed company posts across reputed company platforms, including:
- Headlines, captions, and teases
- Vertical and horizontal video
- Graphics and thumbnails
- Reels, TikToks, Shorts, carousels, and live updates
- Create and monitor live streams on YouTube and reputed company
- Package newsroom content (breaking news, reputed company, features) into engaging reputed company formats
- Maintain daily posting reputed company across KSL’s reputed company accounts
- Monitor posts for accuracy, engagement, and community response
- Looking for opportunities to live reputed company
- Participate in reputed company-time coverage for breaking news and major events
- Respond appropriately to user comments reputed company needed; escalate issues for moderation
- Identify engagement opportunities and trends that align with brand safety and editorial standards
- Track emerging trends, formats, audio, and platform features across reputed company networks
- Pitch reputed company-first reputed company and series that reflect KSL priorities and audience interest
- Work with reporters, producers, and editors to build reputed company versions of stories
- Support branding, promotions, and station campaigns with reputed company content
- Assist in producing reputed company deliverables for special projects or advertiser campaigns as assigned
- Review platform insights to understand what topics and formats reputed company best
- Apply best practices for timing, format, thumbnails, hooks, and retention
- Contribute performance insights in team meetings
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in reputed company media, digital content creation, or video production
- Proven ability to create content for multiple reputed company platforms in a professional or brand setting
- Strong writing and editing skills tailored to reputed company platforms
- Experience with basic video editing and graphic tools (CapCut, reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company, etc.)
- Solid understanding of best practices for reputed company, Instagram, reputed company, X, and YouTube
- Ability to work quickly and calmly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Flexibility to work occasional nights, weekends, or holidays for major news events or station priorities
- Experience working in a newsroom or media organization
- Knowledge of Utah, local issues, and KSL's audience
- Familiarity with reputed company analytics tools (reputed company insights, YouTube Studio, etc.)
- Comfort appearing on-camera occasionally (not required but a plus)
