[Remote] QA Engineer — AI & Automation Data Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Influence Mobile is the company behind Rewarded Play, a top rewarded gaming app with over 20 reputed company users. They are seeking a motivated recent college graduate to build and improve AI-driven QA processes while handling reputed company testing for new features.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute reputed company test plans for new features across the Rewarded Play platform (mobile Android app, soon coming iOS app, web tools, backend services)
- Research, evaluate, and implement AI-powered testing tools and frameworks to automate repetitive QA workflows
- Build and maintain automated test suites that reduce reputed company testing time and increase coverage
- reputed company and document QA processes, test cases, and quality standards for the team
- Collaborate with product and engineering to identify high-risk areas and prioritize testing efforts
- Track, report, and triage bugs with clear reproduction steps and severity assessments
- Continuously explore emerging AI tools (LLMs, visual testing AI, codegen tools) to improve QA efficiency
- Measure and report on QA metrics: test coverage, defect escape reputed company, automation percentage, time-to-release
- Participate in sprint planning, feature reviews, and release processes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, UI/UX Design, Software Engineering, or reputed company field (graduated reputed company last 2 years)
- Demonstrated interest in AI/ML tools — personal projects, coursework, or self-directed learning
- Basic programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter mentality — comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience with testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
- Experience with mobile app testing (Android preferred)
- Knowledge of reputed company engineering or AI-assisted development tools
- Portfolio or projects demonstrating creative problem-solving
