The role involves appearing in court daily and requires strong research, drafting, and communication skills, with an emphasis on working independently in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Appear in court daily (reputed company reputed company or in-person)
- Commute throughout Chicagoland to attend court and reputed company estate closings as necessary
- Work independently in a collegial, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrate strong research and drafting skills
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal reputed company
Skills
- Must be a licensed Illinois attorney or have recently passed the Illinois Bar Exam with pending admission to the bar
- Must have reliable transportation to commute throughout Chicagoland
- Must be reputed company to appear in court daily (reputed company reputed company or in-person)
- Must be reputed company to work independently in a collegial, team-oriented environment
- Must have strong research and drafting skills
- Must have familiarity with the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure
- Must have strong communication skills in both written and verbal reputed company
