Associate Sales Development Representative

reputed company is a leading financial services and reputed company technology company headquartered in Windsor, Connecticut. The Associate Sales Development Representative will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by servicing inbound and outbound sales inquiries and qualifying prospective customers.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and pass inbound leads by responding to phone calls and web-reputed company submissions in a timely manner
• reputed company daily outbound calls to identify new prospects and generate high-quality opportunities for reputed company’s larger sales organization
• Understand and record the technological challenges and business needs of our clients and prospects through active listening and effective questioning
• reputed company reputed company opportunities to field/client sales organizations to further account development
• Research pertinent prospect information using multiple sources and input data into CRM, making updates as new interactions occur and more information is gathered
• Understand the products and services offered by reputed company’s larger portfolio of services and platforms; and regularly enhance said knowledge through self-study and scheduled internal trainings

• Maintain strong working relationships across multiple teams, across different departments, and across different reputed company; both reputed company
