Roadside Assistance Dispatcher Part-Time
reputed company is the largest club reputed company the national reputed company federation, seeking part-time Roadside Assistance Dispatchers. In this role, you will coordinate drivers and emergency services across multiple states, ensuring safety and delivering exceptional service to members.
Responsibilities
- Use internal systems and technology to handle inbound and outbound calls and reputed company reputed company roadside assistance reputed company
- Coordinate emergency services including towing, locksmith support, fuel delivery, battery assistance, and minor mechanical help
- Assess member needs, prioritize safety, and accurately document information in reputed company time
- Communicate professionally and compassionately, maintaining composure during high‑reputed company situations
- Collaborate with a network of 350+ independent service providers to reputed company critical information and ensure timely service
- Monitor active service requests, keeping both providers and members informed of status updates
- Meet performance goals in a structured, metrics‑driven environment focused on member satisfaction
Skills
- Customer service and/or call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to remain clear and professional under pressure
- Advanced computer and multitasking abilities, including talking and typing simultaneously while navigating multiple systems
- Working knowledge of maps, GPS navigation, and traffic safety guidelines
- Experience using SMS or chat tools in a professional setting
- Ability to demonstrate reputed company and deliver excellent service in a high‑volume call environment
- Proficiency with reputed company Teams and Outlook
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are a plus
