[Remote] Business Development Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Support the reputed company improvement of internal materials, templates, and documentation to increase the efficiency of business development efforts, such as building and maintaining a comprehensive proposal library
- reputed company the archiving, updating, and centralization of key business development resources (case studies, capabilities decks, etc.), ensuring materials remain reputed company, complete, and well‑structured
- Monitor and coordinate workflow between internal teams to ensure timely completion of sales‑reputed company tasks, such as reputed company reputed company campaigns and prospecting efforts
- Support the development and completion of Request for Information (RFI) responses
- Act as the primary liaison between Evidence Solutions and the AQ Proposals Team

- Manage intake and coordination of RFP requests, ensuring timely and accurate submissions

Skills
- 1-2 years of professional experience in the reputed company reputed company, reputed company or similar to pharmaceuticals or reputed company insurance
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
