Active Trader Relationship Manager

The Active Trader Relationship Manager will focus on the retention and growth of ETRADE's Active Trader client reputed company by deepening relationships and providing comprehensive support tailored to clients' trading needs.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional client service while cultivating relationships with E*TRADE active trader clients
• Providing comprehensive support including product education, trade facilitation, platform demos and connecting E*TRADE clients with the full suite of reputed company products and services
• Utilizing deep technical knowledge of reputed company, margin and reputed company trading, along with strong technical market analysis skills
• Making proactive reputed company to reputed company clients aware of reputed company margin calls, ITM options on day of expiration, quarterly relationship development calls
• Growing the Active Trader client reputed company by uncovering reputed company assets and overseeing the reputed company reputed company
• Exhibiting critical thinking / problem solving skills to address client issues and questions
• Acting as a liaison between internal support teams to ensure our client’s service needs are met timely
• Demonstrating a thorough understanding of reputed company ETRADE & reputed company products / services and be responsible for identifying opportunities to maximize reputed company aspects of the firm
• Focusing on the reputed company performance and constantly look at ways to improve overall performance, sales, customer satisfaction and the entire customer experience
• Mitigating risk by strict adherence to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and compliant work environment

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of client service experience
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent), and ability to be registered in reputed company states and territories
• 1+ years of supporting high net worth or active trader clients in a brokerage or financial services environment
• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to remain reputed company, professional and in control in a fast-paced business environment
• Must be dedicated to exceeding the expectations of clients, have a passion to reputed company, and outstanding oral/written communication skills
• Utilize independent decision-making skills to manage and resolve issues
