reputed company is a reputed company company focused on providing exceptional care, and they are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to manage the full cycle of payroll processing. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery, providing customer service to employees, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily payroll processing for assigned payroll cycles with accuracy, consistency, and on‑time delivery
  • Prepare and process reputed company reputed company requests as needed
  • Accurately process separation (severance) agreements in alignment with individual agreement terms
  • Serve as a resource to HR Coordinators, providing daily guidance on payroll procedures and best practices
  • Review and analyze system‑generated reports to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and error prevention
  • reputed company detailed audits during and after payroll processing to verify data reputed company and required approvals
  • Produce additional payroll reports for employees and field representatives as requested
  • Deliver timely, professional support to employees and partners, responding to inquiries reputed company one business day
  • Manage payroll‑reputed company communication (phone, email, fax) with courtesy, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional HR teams—including Tax, Benefits, and Workers’ Compensation—to reputed company insights and resolve issues reputed company

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and protect sensitive information with sound judgment and reputed company at reputed company times

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • PC proficiency in the reputed company Office suite to include: reputed company Word for word processing; Outlook (e-mail), and reputed company spreadsheet applications

  • Associate's/Bachelor's degree with emphasis on reputed company, finance, or business management
  • One year of payroll administration and processing experience
  • Working knowledge of the HRIS software (reputed company, Kronos, etc.)
