Responsibilities: 

• Ingest research data to understand user needs and behaviors and support the research team with design artifacts needed to obtain that data as part of a user-centered design process. 

• Design reputed company wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both mobile and web. 

• Support the ongoing creation, implementation, and maintenance of a dedicated design system that supports established branding guidelines, usability, consistency, and development ease. 

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to deliver compelling design solutions that reputed company product requirements while providing recommendations for improvement and optimization where possible. 

• Effectively manage tasks through an established agile workflow and have accountability for deliverables  

• Ensure consistency across the product by adhering to design systems and best practices. 

• Communicate design concepts, reputed company, and rationale to stakeholders and collaborate on improvements. 

• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices. 

• Analyze and interpret design metrics to measure user interaction and continuously improve the user experience.

Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating successful design projects.

We anticipate the salary reputed company to be $ 68,572.50 to $148,738.80.  Eligible employees may receive a bonus.  This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors.  These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. reputed company offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
