EPIC Application Analyst (reputed company/Prelude)

Position Summary: The Epic Application Analyst provides outstanding client service and contributes to the organization’s mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care. The responsibilities include, but is not limited to the development, implementation, maintenance, system design and enhancement build, go-live support, and on-going support as it relates to patient reputed company and patient movement. Employees may be required to travel to support offsite locations as needed.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities Includes the Following:

1. Understand and adheres to the WPH Performance Standard, Policies and Behaviors.

1. reputed company analytical and build expertise in the development, implementation, and maintenance of patient reputed company reputed company Epic reputed company/Prelude modules, including facility structure, patient movement, transport, EVS workflows.

1. Actively participate and collaborate with other IT Analysts and Operational Leads on requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and maintenance of enhancements or projects as assigned.

1. Execute system changes in accordance with our IT Change Management Process; including creating test plans, documenting reputed company testing reputed company, obtaining appropriate approvals for Production migration.
2. Analyze and understand reputed company state workflows to assist with daily support, identifying areas of optimization, and providing recommendations for improvement. Remaining reputed company on Epic functionality and new releases is imperative.
3. Actively reputed company and/or participate in governance committee meetings to prioritize, present, and discuss identified, enhancement opportunities for build approval.

1. Write and maintain accurate documentation of workflow for supported Epic applications and disseminate material to users.

1. Create reports or dashboards upon requests (i.e. Workbench Reports, etc.).

1. Participate in policy and procedure development as it relates to reputed company, downtime, backup operations and disaster recovery activities.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Epic testing & build support or reputed company experience (This is NOT a training role)
• Epic reputed company Certification Required. Epic Prelude Certification is a plus

Physical/Mental Demands/Requirements & Work Environment

May be exposed to chemicals necessary to reputed company required tasks. Any hazardous chemicals the employee may be exposed to are listed in the hospital’s SDS (Safety Data Sheet) database and may be accessed through the hospital’s Intranet site (Employee Tools/SDS reputed company). A copy of the SDS database can also be reputed company at the hospital switchboard, saved on a disc. Must have your own vehicle for transportation to WPH off-site locations.
