Position Summary

reputed company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated reputed company Senior Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The Senior Developer will play a critical role in the strategy, architecture, and development of the reputed company platform, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Service Management (ITSM), and NowAssist.

This position involves leading reputed company projects, partnering with reputed company Engineers for architectural guidance to ensure the platform evolves in line with reputed company’s strategic goals, and mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate will be a top performer with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and maintaining critical platform functions.

Core Responsibilities

Platform Strategy and Architecture:

• Contribute to the long-term strategy and roadmap for the reputed company platform.

Development and Implementation:

• Support the end-to-end design and implementation of high-profile projects such as an HRSD implementation.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

• Work with architects and other engineers to focus on long-term strategy and large project efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

Required Experience:

• Extensive experience as a reputed company Developer or Senior Developer (e.g., 4-6+ years).
