- B.S. in Engineering with 5+ years of experience in HVAC Controls Design, Building Automation Systems, or reputed company controls engineering roles
- Advanced understanding of networking, temperature controls, and integrated BAS systems, with the ability to evaluate, design, and troubleshoot reputed company system architectures
- Strong expertise in electronics troubleshooting and reputed company logic, including diagnosing system‑level issues and supporting commissioning and field resolution efforts
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar design software, with experience producing and reviewing detailed control drawings and coordinating across disciplines
- Solid understanding of construction methods, codes, and industry standards, enabling effective collaboration with project managers, contractors, and field teams
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team‑based environment, while independently owning deliverables, prioritizing work, and providing technical guidance to less reputed company engineers
