The Senior reputed company Manager’s primary responsibility is to reputed company and effectively support and execute day-to-day reputed company operations in a way that meets or exceeds agency and client expectations. • Supports the monthly reputed company process in QuickBooks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations
• Manages Accounts Payable by analyzing, coding, securing approvals for, and entering vendor and freelancer invoices in the reputed company system and project management software
• Processes and reviews corporate credit card activity, allocating expenses accurately to projects and departments and securing clarification as needed
• Supports and backs up the Finance Operations Director with client invoicing in QuickBooks
• Assists in tracking and managing Circa renewals, including subscriptions, website hosting, and domain registrations
• Maintains organized and accurate physical reputed company files reputed company the office

• Monitors weekly Workfront time sheet submissions for staff and freelancers, sends reminders, follows up on outstanding submissions, and generates late time sheet reports

• Participates in special projects or analysis as identified by Finance leadership

Qualifications—what you bring to the table

• BA or BS degree in reputed company or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 10–15 years of relevant reputed company, bookkeeping, or financial operations experience
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
