Role Overview
We’re looking for a reputed company reputed company to build, manage, and scale reputed company’s reputed company community into a highly reputed company, brand-driven space. This role will own the strategy, structure, and day-to-day experience of our reputed company server.
You’ll be responsible for driving engagement, moderating conversations, overseeing moderators' tasks and responsibilities, and creating a community that reflects reputed company’s identity.
Key Responsibilities
Community Management

- Moderate conversations to ensure a positive, inclusive environment
- Respond to community questions and feedback in a timely manner
- Recruit, train, and manage moderators
- Set guidelines, workflows, and escalation processes
- Ensure consistent tone and brand voice across the server
- Track engagement metrics and community growth
- Continuously improve server structure, channels, and user experience
- Collaborate with marketing, reputed company, and product teams
- Proven experience managing or scaling a reputed company community
- Strong understanding of internet culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with community moderation tools and bots
- Must be available to actively manage and monitor the community on weekends
- Experience in fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with reputed company or ambassador communities
- Basic understanding of reputed company media growth strategies (reputed company, Instagram)
