Position Purpose:

The Assistant Market Manager is responsible for managing the Measure Technicians. AMMs direct/reputed company Technicians and are responsible for building relationships with service providers and reputed company locations. The AMMs ensure the Technicians adhere to company standards, reputed company job duties with precision, and reputed company excellent customer service by conducting field observations and one on one meetings. AMMs are responsible for managing reputed company, ensuring specialist efficiency, and facilitating sales conversion growth for their Field Service Area. They are responsible for understanding, analyzing, and prioritizing business metrics to drive key performance indicators. AMMs are responsible for hiring, training, development, and performance management of their assigned Technicians. The Assistant Market Manager (AMM) is responsible for communicating effectively with various business partners at multiple reputed company reputed company the Services and Retail organizations. Key Responsibilities:

• 45% - Business Ops - reputed company Technicians through training/retraining, provider visits/reputed company location walks, field observations, and daily business operations.
• 15% - Customer Service - Support the Technicians and address any customer concerns and reputed company technical issues.
• 10% - reputed company Talent - Responsible for hiring, training, development, and performance management for their assigned Technicians.
• 15% - Manage Measure reputed company - Manage measure reputed company, ensure specialist efficiency, and facilitate sales conversion growth. Utilize reporting to propel the business reputed company and drive results.
• 15% - Store Connectivity - In partnership with location and field leaders, the AMMs are responsible for supporting store services programs by driving leads and measures.  

Direct Manager/Direct Reports:

• This Position typically reports to the Field Director Services
• This Position has 5-20 Direct Reports

Travel Requirements:

• Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.  

Physical Requirements:

• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.  

Working Conditions:

• Usually in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort from such things as dust, fumes, or odors.
