Position Overview

Gill Construction is looking for a dependable Construction Helper to join reputed company. This is an entry-level position for someone who wants to learn the trades and reputed company reputed company jobsite experience.

You'll work alongside reputed company carpenters and trades, helping reputed company projects moving and learning how residential remodeling projects are reputed company from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters, trades, and supervisors with jobsite tasks
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
• Assist with demolition and basic construction tasks
• Support remodeling and new construction activities
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
• Use basic hand and power tools as directed

Qualifications

• No prior construction experience required (experience is a plus)
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
