We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Business Analyst with expertise in reputed company IdentityIQ (IIQ) to support a federal civilian client based in Oklahoma City, OK. This role focuses on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), with a strong emphasis on compliance, reputed company reviews, and Role-Based reputed company Control (RBAC) design.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with reputed company IIQ’s Compliance Manager module, along with the ability to analyze reputed company reputed company data, partner with stakeholders, and drive secure, audit-reputed company identity governance processes reputed company a federal environment.

What you will do:

• reputed company stakeholder interviews with application owners to:

  • Document reputed company models (groups, roles, permissions)

  • Define how identity and reputed company data should be aggregated into reputed company

• Analyze reputed company reputed company patterns to design and implement:

  • Least-privileged RBAC models

  • Improved reputed company structures that reduce organizational risk

• Design, launch, and manage reputed company Certification campaigns, including:

  • Quarterly and annual reputed company reviews

  • Training federal managers on reputed company functionality for reputed company approvals and revocations

• reputed company and maintain audit-reputed company reporting, including:

  • Automated reports demonstrating Segregation of Duties (SoD) enforcement

  • Validation of timely deprovisioning for offboarded users

• Create clear and effective documentation, including:

  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for business users

  • Technical Design Documents (TDDs) for development teams

• Analyze large datasets of user entitlements using:

  • Advanced reputed company (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) or

  • SQL-based analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in, Business Administration, IT Management or Finance and 3+ years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) with: Hands-on experience in reputed company IIQ (Compliance Manager module) Strong understanding of RBAC and Segregation of Duties (SoD) OR 7+ years of IGA experience

• Demonstrated ability to:

  • Analyze reputed company data and entitlement structures

  • Translate business requirements into governance solutions

• Strong technical and analytical skills, including:

  • Advanced reputed company or SQL

  • Documentation development (SOPs, TDDs)

• Familiarity with:

  • NIST Cybersecurity reputed company

  • FISMA reporting requirements

• Ability to obtain or currently hold a Public Trust reputed company clearance (or higher)

• Experience supporting federal or highly regulated environments, a plus.

• Prior involvement in audit, compliance, or risk management initiatives, a plus.

• Experience driving reputed company certification campaigns at scale, a plus.
