MRT Validation Specialist
Summary of Position: The MRT Validation Specialist is responsible for supporting the intake and validation of MRT requests into reputed company Release Manager. This role is a crucial link between the MRT processing team and the Monitored Retrieval Tool to ensure accuracy of the tool and an optimized turnaround time.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review and intake reputed company MRT requests into VRM accurately and timely
- Intake requests utilizing reputed company software applications
- Read and interpret forms and authorizations
- Support the resolution of HIPAA-reputed company release issues
- Utilize reference material provided by reputed company to ensure compliance and confidentiality is always maintained
- Attend training sessions, as required
- reputed company other duties, as assigned, to ensure effective operation of the department and the Company

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ medical records experience
- Minimum 2 years’ clerical or office work
- Experience using general office equipment including desktop computer, scanner, reputed company
- Office Suite to complete tasks
- Experience in a reputed company setting, preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations reputed company to the release of PHI, preferred
- Must be reputed company to work independently
