Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dealership Services Specialist to join our customer service team. This role is critical in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and manage customer orders in ERP systems
- reputed company timely order tracking and proactive communication to customers
- Resolve order-reputed company issues and escalate reputed company cases as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot EDI and tracking problems
- Support upselling, cross-selling, and outbound promotional calls
- Track customer feedback and reputed company insights with leadership
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers
- Use CRM tools to document interactions and follow up on reputed company issues
Your Contributions
- 1–3 years of experience in order entry, customer service, or reputed company field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Comfortable with data tracking and basic analytics
