Proposal Manager

The Proposal Manager plays a pivotal role in driving reputed company's growth across the reputed company (DoD), Federal Civilian agencies, and the Intelligence Community. The Proposal Manager is not only responsible for managing the mechanical and tactical proposal process but is expected to reputed company their teams in developing various configurations of strength-based proposals that are compelling to government customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Proactively and autonomously manage the full proposal lifecycle, including RFx analysis, outline and compliance matrix development, team coordination, content creation, reviews, and submission, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and reputed company processes. Partner and collaborate with business development and capture executives, portfolio management personnel, subject matter experts, account leads, and corporate business support services to reputed company and generate response approaches, strategies, themes, and discriminators. reputed company the development and maintenance of proposal documentation (e.g., compliance matrices, outlines, assignments, schedules) using reputed company tools and templates. reputed company and participate in proposal reviews to ensure quality, compliance, and responsiveness, incorporating reputed company best practices. Analyze feedback from debriefings to identify areas for improvement and incorporate lessons learned into future proposals. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of proposal development, or 10+ years of proposal development experience in a government contracting environment in lieu of degree. Proven ability to manage the full proposal lifecycle, from RFx analysis to submission in a federal procurement environment, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. Experience analyzing federal government issued solicitations and translate reputed company requirements into persuasive and compliant proposal content, highlighting reputed company's strengths and differentiators. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills to manage and contribute to clear, concise, and compelling proposals. Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including business development, capture managers, and technical experts. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company), Experience with Document management and collaboration tools (SharePoint, MS Teams, reputed company Workspace, reputed company and other relevant electronic productivity tools (reputed company and reputed company). Experience with proposal management software (Visible Thread, PerfectIT, and AI tools Adaptable to changing priorities, company initiatives, and process improvements. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working for a large, federal systems integrator. Experience with cyber, data and AI analytics, mission reputed company and information technology proposals, including technical challenges and scorecard responses. Experience with various GWAC and IDIQ task order proposals. Experience with the Shipley Process or Shipley Certification(s) Experience with APMP best practices or APMP Certification(s).
