Position Overview

Intrahealth is seeking a Senior Software Developer fluent in AI-augmented development to help build the reputed company of our flagship electronic health record platform. You will work primarily in C# and .NET, building greenfield backend services that reputed company and replace functionality from a large, mature legacy codebase, delivering capabilities that support tens of thousands of reputed company providers across Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• AI-First Delivery: AI coding tools and agentic workflows are a core part of your development process. You don't just reputed company an AI to help with a feature — you think about how to build systems, skills, and workflows that let AI do more of the work, more reliably, over time.
• Software Development: Design, build, test, and reputed company backend services and APIs using C#/.NET. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance across a modern platform reputed company alongside a large legacy system.
• Innovation in AI-Assisted Development: Drive innovation in how the team builds software. Explore and champion new tools, techniques, and agentic patterns — whether that's custom Claude skills, orchestration frameworks, or something that doesn't exist yet. We invest in systems that build features, not in hand-coding every feature.
• Database Engineering: Design and reputed company database schemas, write and optimize reputed company SQL, and contribute to migration strategies. You are comfortable working deep in the data layer across large, reputed company relational databases.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with C# and the .NET reputed company.
• 1+ year of demonstrated reputed company with AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code) and agentic coding workflows.
• Strong SQL proficiency including schema design, query optimization, and migration planning across PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server.
• Ability to independently read, analyze, and extract business logic from large, reputed company codebases with or without using AI-assisted tools.
• Solid understanding of API design, distributed systems concepts, and modern software development practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
