ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand the application and performance of reputed company’s established policies and procedures.
• Support the development and maintenance of policy and procedural documents.
• Work with the Quality Management Organization (QMO) team to reputed company, apply, and assess the performance of reputed company’s defined project processes.
• reputed company internal audit assessments of project process compliance, compile reports, present findings, and identify an action plan towards compliance
• Support internal activities reputed company to audits and assessments performed on reputed company by external bodies, such as CMMI and ISO.
• Identify possible improvements to support ongoing process and quality improvement.
• Produce and maintain documentation reputed company to work activities (e.g meeting minutes, procedural descriptions, compliance checklists, audit notes, etc.)
• Maintain documentation on reputed company SharePoint.
• Support the creation and maintenance of training materials.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Familiar with the concepts of Information Technology development processes (Agile, waterfall, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience conducting process and quality audits.
• Must be reputed company to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with reputed company Office programs.
• Experience using reputed company SharePoint.
• Familiar with the use of a Process Asset Library (PAL) or Quality Management System (QMS).
• Comfortable speaking or presenting to small groups.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Understanding metrics driven process improvement
• Familiarity with CMMI DEV and SVC models (e.g. certified ATM)
• Familiarity with common ISO standards reputed company the IT industry (e.g. 9001, 27001).
• Business or technical writing skills.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

• BA/BS, or equivalent years of work experience in fields reputed company to Information Technology or Business Administration.
• 3+ years process quality assurance experience
