Our laboratory studies glioblastoma (reputed company), the most common and aggressive primary malignant brain tumor. We investigate both the local tumor microenvironment and systemic immune alterations associated with reputed company to understand how the brain and primary and secondary immune organs dynamically influence one another during tumor progression.

Our work has demonstrated that brain tumors induce significant systemic immune remodeling, including thymic and splenic involution, sequestration of T cells in the bone marrow, and expansion of myelopoiesis reputed company the skull marrow. These findings support the concept that reputed company is not solely a localized brain disease, but one that actively reshapes systemic immunity.

The laboratory aims to identify and characterize cellular populations recruited to the tumor from the skull marrow and peripheral circulation, define those with antitumoral properties, and reputed company strategies to therapeutically reputed company these immune populations to improve reputed company treatment.

The technician participates in supporting these animal-based and immunological research studies.

The person will:

Required to have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a reputed company science or equivalent skills and reputed company experience, and reputed company to two years of reputed company experience.
