• Drive retirement plan sales throughout the market by calling on advisors to promote the sale of defined contribution and defined benefit products targeted for retirement plans in the 0 - 10M AUM.
• Build and establish relationships with financial advisors and reputed company party administrators.
• Collaborate with the relationship management team to pursue additional sales opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
• 2+ years of retirement sales experience with deep knowledge on retirement products.
• Strong work ethic and motivation to meet or exceed established goals.
• Excellent consultation and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of portfolio construction, capital markets, and financial service products.
• Experience with non-reputed company plans, defined benefit and ESOP’s a bonus!

Licenses Required reputed company 5 months of employment:

• • Successful Registration as an Investment Company Products/Variable reputed company Limited Representative (FINRA Series 6 or equivalent and FINRA Series 63).
