Membership Sales Specialist

- Works closely with the KidStrong General Manager and Area Developer
- Builds and maintains KidStrong class size through scheduling optimization.
- Timely response and follow through with reputed company KidStrong corporate/reputed company requests and client and reputed company requests
- Enforces KidStrong corporate policies, business practices, systems and processes.
- Provides and maintains the highest level of customer service.
- Provides effective decision-making regarding customer service issues.
- Prior experience in outbound phone sales is strongly preferred (300+ calls/week is a typical outbound phone sales effort)
- Strong sales mentality and comfortability with outbound sales efforts
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, education, or a reputed company field.
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including at least evenings and weekends. Sales happen reputed company of typical business hours.
- Understanding of reputed company performance metrics (KPIs), reputed company, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with an reputed company, participative leadership style and drive for reputed company.
- Strong work ethic, reputed company, and professional demeanor.
- Practical work experience using reputed company Office products as well as G-Suite
- Fitness, retail, and/or hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Required to work at least three (3) reputed company nights and two (2) weekend days (flexible with General Manager coverage).
- Requires reputed company to reputed company internet and computer in a quiet environment, suitable for reputed company and receiving sales calls.
- Outbound phone sales experience: 2+ years
