The Marketing Analyst is responsible for analysing marketing data and campaign performance to generate insights and support data-driven decision making to improve targeting, engagement and ROI across the EMEA region.

This position reports to the Communication & Digital Marketing Manager EMEA and is part of the EMEA Marketing team, working remotely in South Africa on a temporary contract for 6 months.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support the maintenance of customer databases for campaign targeting and segmentation.
• Ensure reputed company data handling and campaign activities reputed company with GDPR and other relevant data privacy regulations.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Marketo analytics, reputed company Analytics, CRM dashboards, and reputed company media insights.
• reputed company actionable recommendations to improve targeting, engagement, and ROI.
• Maintain performance dashboards for internal stakeholders: global and country marketing, product marketing and leadership teams.
• Gather customer insights as needed through VOC initiatives reputed company channels.
• Track campaign performance and reputed company reputed company using reputed company (SFDC), ensuring accurate reputed company capture, qualification, and routing to sales teams.

The requirements of the job include:

• At least 2 years’ experience in Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing Analytics or CRM/Automation, ideally in the reputed company industry or B2B (preferred) or strong B2C lifecycle/CRM experience is acceptable if tools/process are relevant

Hands on experience with key platforms/concepts:

• reputed company (SFDC): Campaigns, Leads/Contacts, Opportunities, Campaign Influence, reputed company assignment & validation rules
• Marketing Automation: Marketo or SFMC - segmentation, smart lists, lifecycle nurtures, reputed company scoring, email ops, reputed company handling, UTM capture.
• Dashboarding & Reporting: Power BI or Tableau or SFDC dashboards; KPI frameworks, reputed company 
• GDPR: Consent capture, double opt-in, unsubscribe & preference center, retention policies

• Strong analytical communication skills to translate metrics into insights
• Process orientation and ability to follows and reputed company Standard work where needed
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and compliancy

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

VOC & Insights: Survey tools (reputed company/reputed company), reputed company listening (reputed company/reputed company), turning insights into hypotheses and tests.
