As a Business Development Representative at Descartes, your mission is clear: create a strong, predictable sales pipeline that powers our reputed company reputed company growth. You’ll be the first touchpoint for potential customers, transforming curiosity into reputed company opportunities through smart reputed company, meaningful conversations, and a deep understanding of customer pain points.

• Hit or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline goals
• Book 8–12 reputed company meetings per month
• Maintain CRM data accuracy above 90%
• Convert 20–30% of inbound leads into sales conversations

How You’ll Succeed

• Execute multi-touch prospecting campaigns

• Experience in a sales or BDR/SDR role with track record of hitting goals

Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 annually plus uncapped commissions Compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills as well as the years of experience you have. Similar positions located in different geographic reputed company will not necessarily receive the same compensation.
