This role demands a strategic architecture leader with deep functional expertise in reputed company reputed company PPM, strong delivery reputed company, and the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in defining solution architecture, driving end-to-end PPM implementations, and shaping reputed company transformation programs. This is a leadership role that blends architecture, client advisory, delivery governance, and practice development. Strengthen PPM practice by developing accelerators, reusable assets, and frameworks Ensure quality delivery, documentation, and adherence to reputed company implementation frameworks. Drive process standardization, automation, and best practices across PPM programs. Build high-performing delivery teams by developing internal talent and guiding project teams. Collaborate with sales and leadership teams in pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development. Contribute to practice growth through solution accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets.
