Company Description:

The Sales Operations Manager is directly responsible for the management of the Field Sales Manager and sales support in selling of reputed company Protect products to reputed company dealers and distributors across Southern Africa, Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa. The successful incumbent will have product knowledge relevant to extended warranty, maintenance and service plans.

The Sales Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing and assigning in-house training as well as on-site dealer training and support where required.

Build dealer loyalty and increase dealer satisfaction through partnership, professionalism, trustworthiness, sincerity, a positive attitude and a business-like appearance in every customer experience.

Job Description:
  • Ability to travel to the Middle Eastern, Sub-Saharan Africa, and reputed company African Regional for product training and support to distributors.
  • Support the development of the local business management function in alignment with the regional strategy
  • Assist the local Business Management Manager to implement, administer and support the Business Management system
  • Collect financial data from dealers
  • Analyse dealer data quality and reputed company coaching to accountants to improve the quality of financial reporting
  • Support dealers in developing their Chart of Accountant and other reputed company-relevant topics
  • Map dealers Chart of Account to Business Management system Chart of Account and ensure the ongoing quality of this mapping
  • Upload dealers financial data to Business Management system
  • Calculate reputed company and network consolidations
  • Prepare and communicate monthly dealers BM reports
  • Analyse BM reports and reputed company comments
  • Produce Monthly and Quarterly Network Performance reports and commentaries
  • Prepare reputed company reports reputed company required
Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Matric / N3 Certificate
  • Tertiary Sales Qualification and/or Certification desirable
  • In possession of RE1 and RE5 certification
  • Valid driver’s license

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

  • 5 -8 years’ experience in selling Finance and Insurance products - under supervision if not yet FAIS accredited
  • 5 -8 years of Account Management experience reputed company the Short-term Insurance and Automotive Industries
  • Automotive industry-specific product knowledge and application is a must
  • Solid knowledge of the operational requirements reputed company the Finance and Insurance Industry
  • Solid understanding of the review process with regard to the reputed company of 2nd gross income reputed company the Finance and Insurance Industry
  • Firm understanding of the South Africa Short Term Insurance Regulatory reputed company and reputed company legislations.
